We recognise that each operation is different, and therefore we have to assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
We have created a streamlined process whereby once we receive your contact details, we will get in touch exchange information about your request, which will take 5 to 10 minutes, after which we should be able to provide you with an estimate.
You don’t have to commit, and providing the quotation is free.
This approach should give you the flexibility to spend 10 minutes and learn about how we will take your requirements and transition them into a plan, and because you don’t have to commit, you can compare our fees with other service providers and make an informed decision.
What information will we need from you?
When contacting us, we will likely ask questions about the location where you need us to operate, the time and the date. We will drive the conversations to establish any risks towards involved or uninvolved people or considerations around neighbouring goods and assets to comply with CAA requirements.
When will we provide you with a quotation?
If the first call is straightforward, we are likely to provide you with an estimate immediately after the call, provided we will verify the information you are giving us once we are on site.
Will I receive an invoice?
We operate just like any other UK-based registered business and, therefore, will provide you with a contract and an invoice for each operation arranged through us.
